Went in Business many times. Amazing experience like no other airline. Food was scrumptious and delicious. Muscat to London is my favourite trip so far. Thank you Oman Air for the experience!

The 787 is definitely a great plane but in economy the width of the seat and the legroom is not as generous as on the A330 of Oman Air. The B787 is also a plane ageing quickly with temporary repairs on the wing and ageing signs on the windows. The A330 that are more than 10 years old look like new while these B787 that are less than 5 years look already tired.

Oman air is my favorite airline especially when it has my favorite plane Boeing 737 8

Yea but Oman Air discriminates on flying 787 to African countries and to Indian sub continent it only flies 787 to Europe and Far East Asia. Look at Emirates and Qatar always fly 777 Air Bus 340 or 787 to Africa and else where

i spoke to customer service and the employees were not only assisting but also are very rude for real, the person told me am fasting and going to make my booking online, but when i informed them that online not going through he said then go to another company and don't bother us we are fasting now literally can you imagine !!!! at the end, he cut the line :) really wowww, what an employee and what an airline they don't need you if you are looking for 2 or 3 hundred flight cheap and select that flight believe me if something happens or you have any inquiries you are done no one will help you literally, highly recommend to not deal with the customer service and as the employee of them said to go to another airline :) eventually don't think if you raise a complaint anyone will care they have the concept '' all the customers are wrong even if they are right '' Think 1000 times before you book

Here I am again, asking for what is mine by right.

I wish I could keep my cool but it’s been 3 years that I’ve been trying to get my money back.

This company is operated by a bunch of thieves that have no respect for their costumers.

You should be ashamed for keeping my money and so many others for so many years.

I demand my refund once again. 3 years it has been. I will take legal measures otherwise. Shame on you.

This is the reason why companies like Qatar Airways, Emirates and Etihad Airways are, andwill always be, ahead of you.

I have exchanged multiples emails so far with no resolution. Please advice on how to proceed once again for my refund.

I will post this message on all your social media until this issue is resolved.

These guys are thieves. My mom was I'll and I asked for a refund from them 3 months before the flight took off but I never got one. The only thing they did was make me run pillar to post and call office after office. Money still coming. Flight took off in December.
I travel a lot but I will never travel Oman Air even if I have to go to Oman.
