I’m an expat (30 years) but my voter registration is still maintained in California which I consider my home state. If I can vote while not even living in the country, it makes no sense whatsoever, that an address in New York is the only factor to keeping RFK, Jr. off the ballot. All devious nonsense.

Mr Kennedy domicile is in NY since childhood. He votes, drivers license, law license, etc. Residency can be anywhere. He’s a New Yorker not a Californian. He has to list his domicile as his state. He’s a New Yorker
