A judge in New York is rejecting independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr.‘s bid to appear on the state’s November general election ballot over a contested claim of residence. NBC News’ Mark Murray reports that the Kennedy campaign will appeal the decision.

Whether he lives in NY or not, this is a federal election. He’s very obviously the #1 candidate for a 3rd party and should be listed, win or lose. The restrictions that keep other parties off the ballot are exactly why we’re stuck with extremists in the big two parties now

NY is so WRONG. They are scared that Kennedy will win. Kennedy has lived in Ny since he was 10. His Driver license is NY. That’s a lie that he has “an ex room.” He has a home there, California and Ma.
