I don’t care who is hurt electorally by Kennedy’s inclusion. He should be on the ballot.

Of course they did. The uniparty makes it extremely difficult to appear on ballots. You wouldn't want the people having a real choice now would you?

This is corrupt. I will no longer vote for the Democratic Party (which is how I typically voted) because of this. This isn’t democratic, it’s lawfare. The American people deserve to see and hear all options.

They have no reason for this. He has the signatures.

Aahh nothing screams "democracy" quite like keeping political opponents off the ballot.

As a democrat, this is absolutely messed up and unacceptable

If you do not allow this man to debate you are proving to the American people that democracy is truly dead. We will not stand for this

That feeling of falling when you discover that the party who you always voted for and you thought was on the moral high ground of democracy turns out to be a pit of vipers.

Whether he lives in NY or not, this is a federal election. He’s very obviously the #1 candidate for a 3rd party and should be listed, win or lose. The restrictions that keep other parties off the ballot are exactly why we’re stuck with extremists in the big two parties now

RFKJR has 150 thousand signatures to get on that ballet . Law requires 47, 000.
NY is so WRONG. They are scared that Kennedy will win. Kennedy has lived in Ny since he was 10. His Driver license is NY. That’s a lie that he has “an ex room.” He has a home there, California and Ma.

I'm no supporter of RFK, but I don't see how "residency" applies to someone running for a national office. He should be on the ballot if he has the signatures.

I know that there are New Yorkers that are not manipulated by the corrupt corporate owned media and who think for themselves and wisely support the most decent and competent presidential candidate RFKJr
