It’s both. You don’t come here on a visa only to organize protest and demonstrations. I wouldn’t blame another country for deporting an American citizen on a visa for organizing protest and demonstrations in their countries.

It's hard to argue free speech when he doesn't even believe in the system

I have to say that he was pushing the limits of a tolerant society.

Hey CBS, maybe show the clear language and restrictions attached to permanent resident, “green card”, status. He can be deported without question and good luck to the liberal NY judge, the guy is in Louisiana and going to shipped out.

When a student on a visa graduates, you have to leave or ...

1. Get another degree.
2. Find an employer who will sponsor a green card.
3. Marry an American citizen.

fun fact AMERICAN RIGHTS ARE FOR AMERICANS ONLY. you didnt sign a declaration of intention to denounce your previous ties with where you come from like my family had to do become a AMERICAN CITIZENS they had to commit and sign there name to say that there intent in coming to the USA requires them to assimilate and renounce where they come from.

"The naturalization process involves three steps, with the Declaration of Intention being the first. The immigrant files a declaration of intention to renounce allegiance to foreign governments."

Trump would have shaked his hand if he was protesting against Iran.

The laws are clear on this, he can 100% be deported if he was in USA on a green card and coordinated any events, fundraising, or promotion for Hamas, a terrorist group. Also many have noted that his student visa had other stipulations, leading to more possible complications for him regarding his effort to stay in the US. Hopefully more details will be released regarding the exact nature of the case soon. This could lead to devastating consequences to other students in similar circumstances.

Does marijuana reduce gun violence if Jamaicans are learning to play Zelda with homeless people?

The law clearly favors the government here. It's more than likely that he'll be deported.

I think free speech is super important...I will fore ever be for it... but it has it's limits and if you do your research on this one you will see he does not fit the 1st amendment definition.. calling for the destruction of the Western Culture and causing violence is exactly what free speech is not supposed to be.
