I thought the HC-05 TX and RX pins were 3.3V pins, but you have them connected to 5V pins on the UNO. For the UNO pin that receives data from the HC-05 I guess this isn't an issue, but the output pin on the UNO will be 5V when turned on, so wouldn't this be a little too much for the HC-05? Won't it eventually, if not immediatley, smoke the RX circuit on the HC-05?

if none of them are working try 9600 baudrate
