Libby's Pumpkin Roll

1/4 cup confectioners sugar to sprinkle on tea towel
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 t. Baking powder
1/2 t. Baking soda
1/4 salt
1/2 t. Cinnamon
1/2 t. Ground cloves
3 large eggs
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup Pumpkin puree
1 cup walnuts opt.
350 oven 11 minutes

Filling
8 oz. Cream cheese softened
6 T. Softened butter
1 t. Vanilla
1 cup confectioners sugar
A little confectioners sugar to sprinkle over top

Freeze for up to 6 months

Every year Walmart has a pumpkin roll they sell for $5.97 & it serves 6 people.. IT is GREAT.
I look for it every year as I can not cook. Their delivery service is a lifesaver for this 92-year-old.
