IM SCARED! 5 Reasons You Shouldn't Mess With The USA

This is my very first time seeing the insane equipment that forms part of the US military. In this reaction I felt very blessed to know that other citizens are making tremendous sacrifice daily for the safety of our country. The technological advancements are something to ponder and appreciate. The most shocking part about this video was the airplanes and how they really do look like something out of a movie. The second most shocking part was the huge boats that have giant runways for planes to take off and land.

I do also have to admit some of the video made me feel a bit uneasy. It is an incredible responsibility to have so much power and weaponry. I pray that we use it in the best way.

I am currently living abroad in South America and sometimes we go out on the Pacific Ocean to sail. One year there was a celebration for the Independence Day and there was a parade of boats. I saw an enormous navy boat from the USA that came to show support. It had helicopters, military men, and was the biggest boat of the parade. That day I felt so proud to call the USA my home.

In high school we had a teacher that told us that us students were all very lucky to be living in the USA and after watching this video I agree 100%. If anybody reading this is a member of the armed forces I sincerely thank you for your bravery and patriotism!!!

The US military is obviously to protect US citizens but it's not as much about protecting the US as much as maintaining the international order and trade. The world can't actually support the current population without global trade. Also, the world kind of sucked before world war II. If trade between nations globally is affected we all will become 10-20 times poorer, technology will stagnate unable to access materials from all over the planet. Ironically, it's the US military maintaining the whole system that kept peace long enough for countries like China to develop yet they are the ones that wish the challenge that same system that they so benefited from.

Honestly, the US needs to do more. Our recruitment is down, and our administration looks weak and incompetent, which it is for the most part considering who we have in office. We should increase our carrier production and stagger to increase at least 3 other carriers (2 of which should be Ford class) to Japan and the South China Sea, and used domestic production to replace the ones we send overseas to protect our sovereignty. Unless there is conscription or a draft, I do not see voluntary recruits to our armed forces increasing.... bluntly they have no reason to. This entire generation of 35 year olds to kids were born after the Cold War scare. They never were confronted with a major war they might have to fight, or worrying about duck and cover drills. They have no incentive to join the military. Our dominance has defeated us because we have not really been tested. I know people will say Afghanistan and blah blah, but our objective was not total victory and unconditional surrender the same as it was with the Gulf War and WWII. We had different objectives and it included minimizing civilian casualties, which our enemies used to their advantage. To be clear.... we should NEVER purposefully engage and attack civilian targets, but what do you do as a commander when the enemies are cowards and use them as shields (because they absolutely do 1000%)? Just asking! The US needs to project unequivocal power. I'd even go so far as to use one of our own nuclear MIRV to target multiple satellites (old ones of our own) and shoot them down with our focused particle weapons (lasers and microwaves) as sort of a "proving ground" to China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea.... just DON'T! it is our property, targeted by our systems. It would be more than enough to give these folks let's pause about any plans they may have. We have to have leaders that aren't weak, and we have to have military commanders that aren't "woke" and know their shit. We pay and have paid upwards of close to a trillion dollars per year on defense for a long time now. Show me.... show the American people, and the rest of the world what we have sacrificed and bought with our money! It will be easy to erode these contrys' confidence about any plans to "conquer" any region if "demonstrate" our willingness to stop it. Honestly, we shouldn't even have to use anything in our cutting edge research to do it. Just give them a taste, and them tell them to stop, pipe down a bit, and let's work on relationships and world economy. Let's see how that conversation would go. We'd have either capitulation and a back down from China and Russia, or they would try an all out assault and a potential armageddon. If our shit is up to what we have paid for then we should call their bluff. If it isn't then the American people should call the bluff of all these ass clowns that have doing shit for us in politics, and fix it ASAP. Point one way or another, we (America) should easily and immediately have our answers to these last 2 questions.
