You reversed all the frames! You need to orient them in the same order they were packaged in. Second there was a frame that was riding up. Don't force it down, over and over. Find out why it is resisting. You may have just crushed your Queen! Third, If you smoke a new nuc you can cause them to abscond. Don't smoke a nuc. Not good information for a first time beekeeper
