As a jungler so far with the latest update, I only have 1 lose out of 40 games played and I only lost because all my laners were inting. I love it so far. Trundle with Mosstomper is OP and Hecarim with Gustwalker is unkillable. Pros will even be more OP

So, I‘m thinking of a normal Hecarim clear here. If you leave out cruggs then the normal clear is roughly 3 minutes. Giving you 20 seconds to gank your toplane, or set up a ward in one of the bushes near river. With the new pet though, well it‘ll be much faster. A normal clear would probably be finished in roughly 2:45, potentially giving you time to go for a gank on Top and Midlane with ghost, should your first succeed and still get the scuttle. Also Trnyda Jungle will be 10 times more viable with the easier raptors clear. Nautilus might also be able to get back in the jungle with these pets. It is a great win for the jungles and an even greater loss for the weaksided lane.
