What is Throat Chakra?
Also known as the 5th, or Throat Chakra, the Vishuddha is the centre that governs our speech and creative expression in the world.

It’s balance will determine how honest you are, and how well you can express yourself with the people around you. It is through this chakra that we speak our choices and through this, we discover that our choices, no matter how small or unimportant that they may seem, have consequences.

Physical symptoms of a Throat Chakra Imbalance:
Throat lump, laryngitis, sore throat, tonsilitis, teeth problems, thrush, jaw problems (tmj), earaches, ear problems, sinus infections, thyroid problems, athritis in shoulders, sore shoulders or arms, neck problems, stress – may also exhibit an alcohol or drug dependency.

If your throat chakra is in balance you will have no problem expressing yourself in the world! You will be very creative, helpful, and may be good at offering people sound advice when it is asked for. You know what you want out of life and you are not afraid to ask for it, and what you ask for always seems to come to you with no, or little effort on your part! You are not afraid to express your weaknesses and people respect you for this. You are truly free when you can speak your truth.

This just changed my life! I sometimes felt like I got choked. As I child I had problems speaking in front of even two people. I wanted to talk but as much willpower as I used, it just didn't work. When I started the meditation and said "Hmmm" it just felt like an ugly scratchiness in my throat. There was barely a sound. It took me the whole hour until my "Hmm" was vibrating in my chest. Thank you for this chant. Ive had a blockage of my throat chakra for a month now. Manifesting physical problems like throat pain, throat dryness, swollen glands and mucus build-up After 20 minutes of this chant meditation for a week and most of my systems have slowly diminished. About 15 minutes into this one I started gagging 😅 which for me is a sign that I’m clearing a blockage of some kind. About thirty minutes in and it became more intense, then I started coughing out of nowhere. Dreaming of deeper healing for this chakra. I have a underlying fear that when I speak vulnerably in certain spaces I will be criticized. It doesn’t often stop me from speaking up but afterwards sometimes I will ruminate about what I said, feeling anxious or regretting opening up. I’m looking forward to not being stuck in that loop of fear and insecurity. Thank you 🦋

Amazingly powerful meditation! I was suffocating as if there is a physical blockage on my throught before i begin to meditate. During meditation i burst into tears for some time. Along my journey i realized that the most dangerous things to this chakra are smoking (Any kind of smoke like cigarettes, marijuana, etc.) i felt a huge block when i used to, and that make you vulnerable to lower entities, because the weakness of neck and throat are the doors to any kind of this lower entities.
