1. Always log out at your home cave, when you log back in, 2x growth when questing.
2. Group up with anyone(friendly) use chat bar will find a lot of ppl willing to quest.
3. Don’t fight anyone until past adolescent. Until then you will most likely lose every fight. (Most likely)
4. Keep an eye out for fights at hotspots (crater) a lot of trophies when people fight will drop.
5. Find a friend who is willing to grind, as playing alone may feel…. Long? Like a long day ahead. Friends make it go by fast.
And yeah those r my tips that helped me get my allo to adult in under 3 days, (yes I do work) lol this game is an actually master piece I would say. I completely stopped playing any “good” games for this! Enjoy hope this might help someone

Not sure if I’m doing something wrong but I was on a server with 70 people and ran around for an hour just to not run into anybody. I used to play the isle where u didn’t see people often unless u went to the big lakes but the map is so humongous even that takes sooo long. I would be happy if the map was 1/10th the size so I could feel like I was actually in a world with dinosaurs to hunt. (or when I’m a herbivore, dinosaurs to be scared of being hunted by.)

honestly, the hiding from dino thing is a GODSEND. I have a Juvie Amar and hide to hide from 5 Rex's. two adults two adol. was scary

Being a new player is pretty difficult. It takes a while to get the knowledge in order to grow efficiently.

Tips to help out - most likely mentioned already:

#1 stick to the outskirts of the map. The big dinos generally stick to the middle, waystones and home caves.

#2 Use bushes and heavily wooded forests to help conceal movement. Always swivel the camera around to try to pick up on movement. The game is fairly good about loading dinos faster than environments.

#3 leave babies alone. It may seem like a free meal, but it will usually put a target on you.

#4 always establish a water source and food source before questing. You can sometimes tell if there are others in the area based on the percentage that comes up when you go to drink water. 88%-90% means someone may have been just passing through. Anything more than that most likely means someone is setting up camp in the area.

#5 stay silent. If you want to talk in chat then make your dino sleep first.

That sarco died because he was running on an incline insanely ridiculous fall damage. Also you forgot to mention you lose 25% of your marks upon death.

It may be an unwritten rule that you don't kill babies, but adult herbivores especially don't abide by it. I deal with players who kos on basically every official server I join.

I spent about 2 hrs with a herbivore one time lol, it was the first dino That didn't want to eat me, so we did quest together...around 3 hrs another Juvenile meat eater was with us too, we saw a Big Spino and ran.

21:04 if you was a full grown adult allo +speed u will die from the trike because that trike was a +defense trike yes the trikes headbutt has been nerfed but it still can do damage and make sure u don't tell anyone where u are at if they are asking where is everyone at

I think you should have started with the cross platform log in option for this game. Allows me to switch between my computer and my switch. Really good information I did not know at the start.

I love these kind of games, as a kid I would play that dinosaur sim on Roblox for hours, I loved listening to music or doing schoolwork while playing. This will basically be me reliving my childhood

A lot of the rules are similar to that game, in general the game is similar to the this game
