U.S with their nukes definitely worries me the most, after all, they are the only country in the history of mankind that has used nukes against other country.

Back then the purpose of making larger weapons was to compensate for the relative inaccuracy of missiles and aerial bombing at the time. But the Tsar bomb specifically was a political and military flex by the Soviet Union.

I live in the Philippines and the ones that scare me the most of the nation's in possession of Nuclear Weapons are the Russia, Pakistan, and North Korea, Now China is in possession of Nuclear weapons and has beef with a lot of nations, but those nations have allies of which are also a Nuclear power, China wouldn't use Nuclear bombs because they know that they are outnumbered, And they knew that they would start a Nuclear war, so neither would risk starting one, Pakistan is one that scares me because of their conflict with India and they have more Nukes than them, Russia is another scary one as they might trigger article 5 with that, And North Korea, pretty obvious why, They won't hesitate to use one on the United States, South Korea or Japan and wouldn't even think about the consequences.

As a German directly I'd argue russian nukes are the most dangerous to me. But in the end it's a geopolitical game of chess in which these russian nukes might just be an answer to a previous strike on Russia. What im actually concerned about these days that I see very little intention to deescalate the situations we see all over the world like Ukraine(NATO)/Russia, China/Taiwan(USA), Israel(USA)/Iran, Northkorea/Southkorea(USA). A reapearing pattern to me tho seems that the US is always involved. What this fact tells you I think everyone should decide for themselves.

1. Ukraine not to join any blocs (for example, NATO).

Partially true story. Ukraine never had an independent nuclear weapons arsenal, or control over these weapons, but agreed to remove former Soviet weapons stationed on its territory.

I think the way things are right now, the US and Russia are the most probable to escalate the war in Ukraine with the eventual use of nuclear bombs, depending on who loses as this conflict continues.
In every other crisis of the past, including the Cuban missile crisis, there was a window for a face saving diplomatic way out and the crisis was contained.
With the current situation, there seems to be no such thing as a face saving diplomatic solution.
Small or medium nuclear powers have these weapons for prestige reasons or in order to respond to a possible existential threat by following the Sampson doctrine: "If I cant exist I will take you down with me".
The large nuclear powers (the US and the USSR) followed the Mutual Assured Destruction -MAD doctrine, that maintained peace, during the cold war, through a balance of terror.
However with Russia considering the war in Ukraine as an existential threat and the US trapped in a no non-humiliating retreat in sight, things could go from bad to worst.
It seems that Russia adopted the Sampson doctrine at this time, based on what the former Russian president and current security adviser Medvedev said: "If we are not be allowed to exist, we will become martyrs and go to heaven while you will all go to Hell".
It's true that Medvedev has repeatedly made some exorbitant statements, but these should not be lightly dismissed as nonsense.
Medvedev is saying what Putin cannot say, because of his position.
If Putin says something then this is official policy, if Medvedev says the same thing it is not, so there is room for diplomatic changes.
As far as the almost comical exorbitant way Medvedev speaks is the result of the crude way the Russians try to emphasize the statements made, in order to get the message across.
In any case the most terrifying nuclear weapon today is the 100 Megatons Poseidon torpedo, almost twice as powerful as the Tsar Bomb, 30 of which are supposed to be operational (or planned - open sources are not clear on this).
Regardless of all that, if there is a nuclear exchange between the US and Russia, Greece is in the deep red fallout area, because of the prevailing weather conditions.
So I will not have anything to worry about it, since nobody here is expected to survive long enough to worry about what will come next.

Nuclear weapons fissile material has best before date. It decays. More close fissile material stands so called critical mass the more faster it will decay. Relatively small amount of uranium or polutonium will last "forever". And critical mass amount of uranium or plutonium makes imediate fission-fusion-fission reactions. So n-bombs are kind of balance which get rotten pretty soon.
