I got disabled Chrome Refresh 2023 and Chrome WebUI Refresh 2023, but new look came back today. I disabled Customize Chrome Side Panel like u said and old look is back, thanks alot man ✌✌

OMG you are a lifesaver, I had the 2023 already disabled and it forced the new look back to my chrome. I wanted my bookmarks bar back to the old way because it compacted my lists into having me scroll through them. This got my old bar back, Thank you!.

Thank you very much, the "new design" force it self back when I opened Chrome today even if though it was still supposed to be disable.

I hate this new design it looks so shit. Bookmark folders turn from the good old yellow folder into this black box, the white background from bookmarks in the folder changes to black and it makes reading them 10times harder. And everything else they changed is also for the worse.
