how to add image and display in crystal report from LOCAL DRIVE dynamically in c#. go to this link

First of all your picture column should be image datatype.
2. add a crystal report viewer from toolbox.
3. create new crystal report and desng with the database table.
4. just drag and drop the picture from field explorer in crystalreport.
