Can we use normal subnet mask instead of wildmask to form neighborship, and what consequences will happen if I do this

For peer to peer connection, routers only form 2way nighbourship.


If i am not wrong...

Then the routers will not advertise LSA because it comes after 2way connection to form full adjacent connection with DR and  BDR . 

Then in peer to peer connected routers how they form LSDB because using this only they have form routing tables.
