Quick note: Avoid breathing Manganese smoke. Because of the low boiling point manganese, some will boil off as a gas. Fortunately the smoke dissipates very quick, and the cold winter air cools the metal very quick so it settles out 😊👌.

What do you use for a flux for iron oxide based thermite?? Ive been trying to make a cast but can never get the product to flow thin enough.
