The best thermal mass for heat transfer is pure water. Nothing beats it's cooling properties nor adding glycol to it.
Glycol for low temperatures and prevent freezing but you sacrifice thermal transfer.

Use NaK amalgam in liquid cooling, I assure you it chill your PC very quick and it's better than mercury or gallium but there's one issue... If it touches water or moisture then it'll go boom like hydrogen gas 💀
