Cannot rename file/folders in Windows 11/10 Very simple fix.

Having trouble remaming files or folders in windows 11 or 10.
This video will easily show you the problem by simply turning off
the "Quick access" feature in Explorer. Even Microsoft help did not offer this as a fix.

Update 11/3/24

If that does not work then its probably the "COM Surrogate" file that causing the problem and needs to be closed.

1. Open task manager (alt, ctrl, delete)
2. Under the Processes tab under Background processes scroll down to Com Surrogate and end the task.
3. That should fix it
