FOR JAMIE: I met Jamie through my musical journeys. He started out as a fan and has quickly become someone I consider a great friend. We've done a few shows together - including a benefit he put together for the victims of Typhoon Yolanda in the Philippines, to a simple house concert with 100 of his friends - and all have been those kinds of experiences where you leave the night filled with music, great company and lots of booze:). It is an honor to do a cover for him. I hope you like it, dude!

That being said - this song was a hard fucking song to cover. Radiohead is like wine to me - a glass a day is good for the heart but downing a whole bottle will put you on your ass. Their music should be savored, should be listened to when you want to feel inspired/sad/happy/painful to the nth. Every time I listen to one of their records I'm left feeling awed and incredibly depressed - awed because holy shit, the mastery and depressed because holy shit, the mastery. Nevertheless, Jamie backed for this song - and I ended up taking a kind of depressing song and bringing it to a whole other level of depression. Because that's what I do. Enjoy!

I still love this just as much now as I did when I first heard it. The way the different elements are brought in and out, played together and solo at different times is just genius. It is so simple, and yet not. Beautiful and very stunning. LOVE IT.
