A good but sad song 🎵. And that's because this song 🎵 reminds me of a girl that I knew and liked some years back. Radiohead was one of her favorite bands and she got to see them perform live in concert nearly two weeks before she passed away, unexpectedly. Of course, this song is bittersweet for me to listen to at times.

I had not heard this song for maybe 15 years in 2014, I was a year into a huge conversion to the Catholic faith and got rejected by all my punk rock friends. Except for Steve who was a motorcycle and car buff. We went to a mutual friends concert and road Dirt Bikes after not seeing each other for a year, it was such an exciting peaceful night, he asked a lot about theology and philosophy we listened to Spirit in the Sky before we departed. He died in a car crash the next week, he was the smartest most original mind I ever knew. When I heard this song after that it was like his ghost came to visit me so surreal the lyrics. God bless Radiohead and God bless Steve Clark
