Tip for if you have time, boil them for about 10 minutes in a pot of hot water and then air fry.

This is a question I'm struggling to find answers for. Say your eating at a calorie maintenance of 2500 calories. When doing cardio it is easy to see how many calories you have burnt via fitbit etc and then you can top up your eating using this information. But how do you track calories burnt through weight lifting to ensure you are eating at maintenance
