Life gets busy… fast. Have you ever found yourself with so many browser tabs open you can’t see the titles anymore? Or felt anxious about your jammed schedule for tomorrow because you have no time to focus on what matters? That was a freeze frame capture of me every day for the past few years. So, based on positive psychology research, I developed a simple little system for myself called “Two Minute Mornings” to start my day off right.

I'm Neil and I spend a ton of time thinking, writing, podcasting, and speaking about living intentionally. I'm the New York Times bestselling author of six books including The Book of Awesome and The Happiness Equation. I've been lucky to speak at places like TED, SXSW, and Google. And I host a huge passion project called the 3 Books podcast.
