I had so many OB when I was a little girl… I learn that that was the “name” until my teacher Ramtha explained to us.
I studied in a nun school and they told us we needed to be “fearful of God”. What a terrific thing to say to a child. I was fearful all the time since I used to be very mischievous and lie to my parents frequently…
One night when I was 8 or 9 years old I wake up in the middle of the night and I saw this radiant white being. I thought it was Christ that came after me and I silently cried all night long behind my blankets until I fell asleep again terrorized.
Then I started to wake up in the middle of the night and very scared of darkness because I thought Satan was after me for telling lies and not obeying my parents. When that happened I tried desperately to rush and turn on the lights of my bedroom but the switch was slippery and I was not able to move it up. I use to shout but nobody could hear me. Other nights when I was scared of that light being in the middle of the night I use to jump out of my bed and try to get out of my room only to find that it was impossible to move the handle of the door. I was not able to scape my room and it was dark. I thought that that bright light was the devil after me. There was a point in time that I was not able to go to sleep without lights on.
Until 25 years later I met Ram and he told us about OB and explained that this experience was in my infrared body that vibrates much faster than the physical hertzian body and that was the reason I was not able to manipulate mass.
Ever since that explanation I started to sleep without lights in my bedroom. But I haven’t seen that beautiful radiant being again :(. But I have new OB after that that I’m able to manipulate “kind of” ;)

MY TRIP TO RUSSIA
This seems relevant given what is happening in Eastern Europe right now...
Sometimes I get in to a situation in an OBE where I do not know what is going on or what I am looking at. I find that if I ask about it a voice comes from behind my head on the right side. It can show up as the voice of a man or a woman. On occasion there is an accent. One time about 6 years ago I found myself in modern day Russia in an OBE, I didn’t ask to go there, I left it open as I did my spin move on one foot in my bedroom after rolling out of bed. I showed up in what appeared to be the outskirts of a city. It reminded me of the abandoned manufacturing facilities outside of Detroit when I visited there some years ago. The buildings looked current but were in disrepair. It was cold, people were dressed in winter wear. I asked where I was and a voice right behind my right ear said, “Russia”. Cars were passing by, they looked to be older models but my sense was we were in present day. This was the beginning of what, for lack of a better description, a tour of the every day life of the average Russian.

During this protracted OBE lasting over 4 hours in terrestrial time (Based on approximation after registering the time on the clock when I initiated the altered state using a WBTB protocol, and when I woke immediately after the OBE ended) a voice with a Russian accent speaking to me in telepathic English seemed to want me to understand the people here, their love for life, for music for dancing. He took me to restaurants, a convenience store and a laundry for example. I saw some graffiti on a wall written in Russian and asked what it said. He replied that in my language it says roughly, “you may control our bodies but you cannot control our minds, our souls”. I intuitively understood what he meant as the Russian people essentially live in an authoritarian state that has gotten progressively more restrictive year after year under Putin. I remember being slightly amazed that I could hold on to this state for such an extended period. During that time I was being communicated to and my questions answered. The personality of the “tour guide” was jovial and I sensed his love for these people, this country.

I started to notice my energy waning and so I asked him if I could see Red Square and the Kremlin before I left and he agreed. There was a change in consciousness and I found myself in a transit station, like a subway and I was directed to walk up a long flight of steps that would take me to Red Square. As I walked up the steps my energy was low and that combined with my excitement caused me to blink out and I woke up in my bed dazzled and a bit tired from my trip. Given the reality of the experience I have no doubt I was in Russia. The detail was such that I could see people’s breath in the cold air and exhaust from the cars. In fact, if someone were to ask me if I have been to that country I would feel confident in saying yes. It was no different than if I physically was there. Sometimes we get a gift, a very special kind of experience in the OBE state that stays with us for the remainder of our life. This was such an experience. -Mike

My OBE was the third person as well. I was like a fly on the wall watching it all. I saw them reviving me, cutting my clothes off, and another me misty looking standing over me. It happened to fast though. It seems like a dream and I only remember bits and pieces. But, I had other NDEs that seemed more like me going somewhere else and coming back to my body. I did see the light and heard my daughter crying. That was what made me turn back. To life. My daughter who at the time was only a few days old was what gave me life again.

Hi Brian,
I had an OBE experience. I just fell asleep and I heard an ice-cream truck coming down the street. I got up from bed and looked at a note on the desk. I was about to head out and I looked behind me and saw myself sleeping on the bed. Freaked out, I felt a pulling sensation back towards the bed and I woke up. I went over to the desk to see if there was a note and confirm if I read the message, I did. I guess it was my strong desire to have ice-cream that I was able to experience an OBE.

Hello wonderful people;
Approximately, 15 years ago, I was walking past a gas station; as I walked by, I saw myself. I was above myself and it was like looking at a film negative, all shades were the opposite. For example, I'm a brown man, but my skin was an off white; my clothes were white and they looked black. And I felt extremely dizzy. This only happened for about 5 seconds; which was pretty long.
I realize this event could have been from gasoline fumes. This, is the absolute truth.

In out of body we function by thoughts. I believe every & homes are there too but only surprisingly improved version. For example, my astral neighborhood is so beautiful & peaceful with an amazing flower garden. I was able to experience involuntary OBE's after a spritual awekning caused by grief. Have learned, higher vibration is only love & good intentions.

I've never actually crossed the veil consciously, but there have been times where I hear this very loud, sharp noise. It almost feels like you have a quartz singing bowl in your brain, to the point where you feel like your ears are going to explode lol. Briefly after the noise, your body starts to tremble. This is frightening, yet it's extremely interesting to experience. I can't wait to actually get past the veil and explore. Excellent timing 👌

My first partial OBE happened at 18ys old and scared the hell out of me! Intrigued, I started to research and found the work of the late great Robert Monroe, attended other seminars and learned A LOT.
I am 55yrs old now and while I can’t leave my body at will, I have learned how read the signs of an onset and can sometimes trigger an OBE.
My OBE’s, have been extremely FUN, most of the time, extremely FRIGHTENING a few times, but extremely ENLIGHTENING, all of the time. I have documented many of them especially when what I call my “SPIRIT GUIDES” show up!!! Just

Thanks Brian! I’ve watched at least five interviews here on YouTube with William Buhlman. He’s experienced OBEs frequently for, almost, the last fifty years. He has written three excellent books. The first is entitled Adventures Beyond the Body. It offers forty different ways that you can initiate obes. I recently purchased it and his second book, The Secret of the Soul. I treasure them. His recommendations are priceless! I’ve watched other obe experiences here on YouTube that are excellent. One of them, can’t remember his name, learned how to have them by following Don Juan’s recommendations to Carlos Castaneda on setting up dreaming. Giving himself repeated commands, when falling asleep to find his hands in his dreams. It took him one month to succeed. From there he gradually gained much knowledge and experience. There are many practitioners these days that have done extensive research. Do check out Buhlman’s books. You won’t be disappointed!

I've never had this experience myself but my sister has. She had a complicated labour with my nephew James which caused her to have an extremely bad haemorrhage to point where all her organs shut down and technically she died. Luckily the doctors managed to revive her.
She says she remembers floating out of her body then looking down at herself whilst they were working on her.
She also claims to have felt very, calm and peaceful with a really overwhelming feeling of love which she says is impossible to explain ❤

Anthony Peake is a current author who comes from a scientific background & has written several books, lectures etc.

He had an unexpected OBE whilst experiencing a lightwave machine & it took him on a different life path.

One theory he's explored is around temporal lobe epilepsy, whereby the person experiences the state of 'aura', but not the fitting.

I've had that waking up I couldn't open my eyes and my body felt really heavy it was frightening!! I never knew what that was and never forgotten it!! .. I often fly above the trees in my mind which I find really easy too but that may be just my imagination ❤️ Got to try that meditation now 😍❤️

I feel that I almost had an out of body experience last month. I was repeating an affirmation. My body felt very relaxed then I felt as if I was beginning to float out of my body. I got up because it frightened me and when I laid back down the sensation continued but I interrupted it by getting back up. I think the meditation and affirmation is what brought it on. I had an experience with a lucid dream once where I wanted to leave but didn’t feel like I could wake up. I’m sure out of body experiences are a positive experience overall, but I’m still a little wary about having one myself.

I know my dad had an out of body experience a few years ago when his heart stopped during a heart attack and he said he saw the doctors working on him at the hospital.

I left my body one night when almost asleep. I watched myself lying in bed, traveled around my room and my apartment. I found something important that I had been searching for (my passport) after opening a cupboard door that was high up. I became aware of my body in the bed and couldn’t move. I had watched a thriller (with aliens) that night and became afraid, so I lost the out of body experience. 😞. The only other time I had an OBE was in the dentists chair and had been ‘drugged’. I floated above my body and watched what he was doing. I don’t remember a silver thread …

BTW, the sleep paralysis experienced is a precursor to leaving your body. First time I experienced that it scared the Heck out of but It excites me now and I actually look forward to what follows!
In my experience, different vibrational states will dictate different levels of experiences, for example higher or lower planes, higher or lower vibrational entities (guides, masters, neutral or shadow entities). Most of the time I’m off exploring locally timelessly alone, and sometimes I’m “Real-time”.
Lol one night my wife scolded me saying, “Are you doing THAT THING again? I wish you would warm me you scared the hell out of me!”😂

Last year I got to watch a artist paint a portrait of my sister, with my sisters spirit helping her. I woke up the next morning to see the 2 paibtings done and just sat there stunned for a few minutes. I texted the artist describing her studio and telling her how i watched her paint all night. She immediately sent me a picture of her studio where i described everything in it perfectly. She was so touched that my sister was there helping. That when I asked her for 6 more paintings for my uncle, she thought she would be prepared for his visit. He didnt come to her but to her 6 year old daughter.. He spent weeks teaching her how to speare fish in their pond. The artist called me asking some weird questions til her daughter pipped up and said Jeff has been showing me he is my friend. Ive also found astral travel episodes have showing me what is coming. So i have deja vu moments often as something happens and i will instantly have a oh ive seen this before moments.
