Take multiscreen-ing to the next level with mixed reality on Meta Quest 3.

Getting ahead of yourself there, Meta? For those unaware, this is currently not possible on Meta Quest 3 as of this writing. It's basically what you can do right now with an Apple Vision Pro and I'm sure Meta will replicate that experience one day. The Quest 3 is still an amazing device and I highly recommend it, though.

The Quest is a great value and I love it, but this ad irks me.
The original ad said: "some features are not available on the Quest 2, whatsapp account required". Which confused me because none of the Quests support this feature yet and as far as I know NOTHING requires a whatsapp account. Did they mean META account?
I've wanted to do multi-screen free floating browsing like this ever since I got one, but it doesn't support it.
If this is an upcoming feature, why doesn't it say so?
Now this updated version of the ad comes out, and the little disclaimer text has changed. Great, now maybe they'll admit this is a coming feature? No.
Now it says color passthrough not available on the Quest 2. Fine, that's true and makes sense. But it still says Whatsapp account required. And nothing about the fact that THIS FEATURE DOES NOT CURRENTLY EXIST. Arguably the only important message this thing needs to disclaim so that someone doesn't go buy one right now only to find out the ad LIED to them and completely lose any faith in the brand. And still mention Whatsapp. What a weird marketing move.

Imagine pulling up to the mechanic because your car isn't working and they're actually wearing a Meta Quest 3. I dont dislike the headset, but I'd be worried for my car.
