Thank you Howell !
I'm a recovering addict who wants to send accountability letters to loved ones that I've hurt during my 4 years drug bender. 
I'm still struggling with the delivery. I've said sorry a lots of times in the past but in heinsight those were dry apologies.
It's been 6 month of self isolation with my family after getting out of rehab and feel changes inside myself. 
I want to do this right and give the people I've disappointed real accountability for my actions.
I'm anxious about the reaction of people that may not want to hear anything from me but the fear of letting those bridges burn completely motivates me to do this.

Does anybody have advices or went threw a similar situation ?
