Do you have any more suggestions for rewards or consequences? Patting myself on the back for doing it isn't big enough of a reward. I would tell myself good job and then I would tell myself yeah but you should have done it a long time ago. Making me pay money to a charity I am against is too big of a consequence. I would never give money to something I am against. I can't afford to give money to charities I am in favor of.

Thank you for the videos I am learning so much. I would be really interested in working with you one on one if you do Skype consults or the like. I served in the U.S. Military for 7.5 years. As a result of past life experiences and combat experiences I found myself stuck in a rut so to speak. I allowed myself to ruin a perfect career in the military as a result. I find myself now as a civilian struggling to find a true purpose in life. All in all I have given up on myself and have struggled to get back on my feet. every time something is going good I seem to sabotage it. what advice do you have? I have a hard time finding a counselor I can truly open up to because i can help but feel that i am burdening everyone by complaining. Thanks for your time.

I do full commission sales. The truth is I’m one of the highest producing sales reps in the office. They want to me me up from my current position as an account executive to assistant manager. I’m grateful that they see an abundance of potential in me. But I feel I have sphyced myself out. I have been doing very poorly as of late. Last week I only made $256 the whole week. I’m use to doing 1, 000 in a week. Or more. What happened to me? What can I do to go back to my winning streak?
