We need more movements like Justice Democrats and more candidates that are aligned with their views. Progressive policies are popular throughout the entire country, hell Bernie had a room full of Trump voters cheering him. We need to be aggressive in all areas and not condemn red states.

David Pakman has always been like this, having 'priorities' over bigger things and somewhat disregarding the smaller things that seem less important. I'm certainly not a Manchin fan, but I'm not sure how you can say he is "badly hated." Maybe nationally by the far left, but polls show he is popular in WV. And I agree, much better to just keep Manchin safe and use that money elsewhere than risk giving the GOP another seat. Manchin votes against Trump the vast majority of the time. Plus, having him makes getting a majority easier, meaning we could control the senate.
