Very cool, Alex! Appreciate this insight... I guess my only question is whether or not it's easy to convince a distributor or sales agent to lend you some of that money upfront? A lot of these people tend to not be interested in financing unknown filmmakers, and if the answer is to get a name attached, be it a director or actor, then we're back to the chicken or the egg situation: I need the money to get talent but I need talent to get the money haha... So I guess I'm just not sure how we can get much money from a third party unless there's good reason they should invest in us specifically?
