our country is going to dogs due to Congress and their partners these people has made the prime minister into a rubber stamp. The supreme court is to blame for cutting the powers of prime minister modi in favour of opposition this never happened last 75 years when Congress was ruled the nation. Hence i blame supreme court as a main player who has caised this situation.

The court should ask
1. Kapil siebel is representing Indian medical association not govt or police so why he is main advocate arguing the case.
2. What was the hurry to give permission to parents to do last rites . The parents are innocent this is fault of hospital principal and police .
3. Kapil siebel is laughing when judge giving critical comments about mishandling the case by govt bodies. So advocate should be arrested for mocking at the court. Does Kapil siebel think judges are stupid.
4. TMC should be disqualified from administration of state.
5. Solicitor general is hardly allowed to speak as Kapil siebel is leading the defense of govt and police.
6. Post mortem of rape only some after students insisted so Kapil siebel is laughing at the girls death and rape.
7. TMC politicians are saying they will cut fingers and break limbs of those doctors blaming Mamta Banerjee so this is serious case judge should have said to file fir against the concerned politician and put him in lockup I am not satisfied supreme court handling still too. Our courts are too weak in handling the Bengal Govt. There should be serious action on Bengal govt disqualify then from administration responsibilities.
