2013 Chrysler 200 - My ABS, Traction Control, and Engine check lights are on, and the cruise control won't work. However, the speedometer is working perfectly, no issues shifting, no loss of power. Car is a little squirrely in the rain so am thinking to go ahead and fix it.

Is it possible a wheel sensor issues would cause the cruise control to not work? Because the speedometer and shifting are OK it appears that the transmission speed sensor is OK. Perhaps there are two separate issues, the cruise control being a switch or wire and not a sensor, and the ABS/Traction Control/Check Engine light being a wheel sensor? It's not quite adding up. I am looking at getting Appcar DiagFCA for my laptop as that will read all the codes. I don't believe that my existing scanner will read transmission nor ABS codes.

I am also looking at ohming out my sensors, or using an oscilloscope to read sensor output while manually spinning the wheels. I can replace all 4 wheel sensors for $40, but bad magnets on the wheel hubs are $50 per wheel.

We changed the transmission and the speedometer is way off. Reads to fast when driving 40 its saying 100

I live in Turkey, and I have Rav4 2007 2.0. My automatic transmission doesn't shift 3rd to 4th gear. All the mechanics here says this problem is originated from the transmission itself and I think this problem is occurred, because the transmission speed sensor.
