The suspect, Muhammed Bilal El-Amin, begged deputies to let him go; they soon learned he was wanted for the 1994 homicide of 18 year old Jafferd Tucker in Atlanta.

On Tuesday, sharp-eyes deputies just east of Atlanta, in Oconee County, captured the fugitive during a routine traffic stop.

I knew Jafferd. He dated my best friend back in the 90s, and we had so much fun hanging out together. He was a handsome, talented, and an all-around amazing young man. I will never forget how devastated we were the day he was killed. Each time I go to the Oakland City train station I think of him. Rest in peace Jafferd!

I watched the arrest yesterday and he begged like a dog they wouldn't take him in. As soon as she said he'd just have to get his picture taken and finger printed he knew it was over and he was caught. I figured they had to be suspicious of how desperate he became considering it was a simple traffic violation. So glad they were following the law to the letter and didn't let him walk!!!

Nothing goes unseen. It’s just a matter of time. Don’t ever forget that

The fact that he was so casually driving and living life in peace mean that criminals just don’t care!

I'm glad that the victim's uncle was able to see justice for his nephew! The rest of his family can have closure now.🙏🙏😞

Had he taken responsibility for his actions 25 years ago, he likely would have been out of prison by now.
Gotta pay your dues in life, sooner or later.

For him to shoot his “friend, ” he was no friend at all. Watch who you associate yourselves with. A lotta people ain’t to be trusted.

Got away for nearly 30 yrs for shooting a friend in the face to death robbed him of his life.what a punk. no doubt was shocked As f**k when he knew oh shit this is it man I’m gone for good man! Even though he got away for so long back at that time when he killed him he had nothing to loose unlike now he had family..a son that needed him at a point in life, property couple of cars etc.he knew he had much to loose now so yes it was the perfect time to pay the bill for killing a another human being

You can’t escape what you’ve done. You can delay and evade but it’s going to find you eventually.

Got too comfortable. 28 year run over because he decided to drive without a license. Beyond foolish. Had a nice run. Time to pay the piper.

All that begging and pleading to the police made him suspicious.

This guy is wearing “rudraksha beads” on his wrists not knowing that you don’t just put on random spiritual beads without knowing what you are doing because they bring long awaited JUSTICE that is due!!

“I am not a criminal”! And yet you are wanted for murder. Last I checked that makes you a criminal!
