I really do like this printer. It has saved me a lot of hassle when I have to have documents to various businesses. The refill ink is sent to me when I get low and I just return the empty cartridges in the self-addressed box that's provided.😊

Mine grinds and crinkles paper, with no ink on it. Worst $80. Just took it out of the box too. Printed one normal papar then poof.

U need the app to get it to work after that it's v simple!!! This vid is fairly useless it tells u nothing to help HP smart app I have it on my phone and tablet follow other tube vids they will go through how to set it up via the app !
