there's a bit of a misconception, there is a difference between spatial and temporal dimensions, the 4th dimension being time doesn't refer to a 4th spatial dimension.

Well, technically the 4th isn't time right?
iirc, Time is n+1th dimension for an n-th dimensional being

For example, we are 3-Dimensional, our 4th dimension is time.
For a 4th Dimensional being, 5th dimension is time

The fifht dimension theoretically has the model of our universe since the universe that we live has time and space or spacetime, and 4th dimension is time so the universe that we are on is 4 dimension objects, meanwhile the fifth dimension is a microdimension, so theoretically the multiverse exist in the five dimension and in five dimension we have to understand the string theory. The string theory is a theory that the universe is made of smal energy string that interact with eachother. And for the rest i have no idea😅, all I know is that the multiverse exist in the five dimension is because the universe that we live is in four dimension( i know there are theory that the Universe is a 10th dimension but i don't believe it because i don't know the how the ten dimension work) and that all i know about the five dimension.

Yes the fourth dimension being time is the best explanation we got about it but the thing is dimensions are supposed to be directions. If the 4th dimension was time, then the beings of the 4th dimension would be able to move through time which would mean many many paradoxes could happen, like for example, the grandfather paradox, or if a future person meets a past person, it would create a paradox due to the saying that Wu once said: "Change anything, change everything."

The 4th dimension isn't time we live in 1 dimensional time and 3 dimensional space time has its own dimensions separate from the 4th dimension. The 4th dimension is another extension on space like height lenght and depth.

When talking about a 4th dimension, usually we talk about time, however time is a special type of dimension, we know of 3 spatial dimensions and 1 temporal dimension, more could exist in either category, but it would be difficult to prove, although the fact that time doesn’t move at a consistent rate may mean that there are multiple temporal dimensions
