How to Open the Hood/Bonnet on Volvo XC90 2002-2014

It's a bit confusing to open the hood first time in this car. If you press the latch and try to lift it then it won't open. You have to push the hood a bit down and release. My car is a 2006 Volvo XC90 and it's the same for the first gen XC90 models.
