They did the same to Brett Favre, they'll do it to anybody they don't like

Nobody seems to care anymore. The only thing that will fix sports in this country is an economic collapse. When all the money dries up maybe then we'll see who really loves the game.

I predicted that Saleh would be fired by the end of the season, but my mind was blown when he was fired 5 games into the season.

He is treated like LeBron James. He calls all the shots. Firing and hiring. Smh

A 40 year old superstar QB with only one SB win on his resume...Is this really worth the chemistry headache for an NFL franchise???...

Packers fan here and am so happy he's gone and that we feel the Love now!

Some football players would be heartbroken and disappointed if they moved to a new team and got injured and had to miss the season, some guys are bummed out if they miss a game or a play but I'm not sure Arron cared one bit about missing a year that he was already paid for.

Aaron couldn't handle Saleh demoting Hackett and lost his cool.

The bottom line is that Aaron Rodgers has the same number of Super Bowls as Trent Dilfer...One. Time to check his ego at the door.

Rogers is a hot house flower…..as a Packer fan I’m glad he is gone.

Lots of blame to go around but it comes down the Jets sacrificing their team’s future in a competitive league to go all in with Rodgers. It worked for the Rams with Stanford, Bucs with Brady and Denver with Manning. Failed with Rodgers

He did it for the money and and he's not worried about what people think. It's kinda sad for Jets fans.

Is is possible that Rodgers has just stayed at the party too long ? Pro football players rarely fade out - when it is over then it is over. Rodgers looks weary and frankly a lot less capable than even last year. What has always lurked in the background for Rodgers is his questionable leadership: he tends to be sensitive and a bit bristly. He also is not a comeback player - he is a front runner. This season could go really, really wrong for him.

If already has. He needs to go back into a darkness retreat permanently

If one guy could figure a way to win out of his ego trap, it's A-A-ron Rodgers.

How could anyone be surprised that Aaron Rodgers brings as much, if not more, drama than performance? The Jets should have realized that (let's all remember how SF or Raiders stayed well clear of Rodgers in early 2023) an aging 39 year-old, know-it-all diva would be uncontrollable, and certainly not the future.

Aaron didn't have any other NFL offers and didn't want to retire the same year as Brady.

His legacy is toast. Everyone knows Rodgers is not a team player. One Super Bowl. Yes his stats will get him in the HOF.

I don't think he cares about his legacy or the league. And good on him for it.
