I think if it's a fetish and you're purely attracted to them because they're trans... I think it could be an issue. You're not loving the person for who they are.

For me, I've seen trans men and without knowing, find them really physically attractive. But my attraction almost ends as soon as I find out they're trans. I will still say they're physically attractive, but I'm not longer attracted. It's not to mean any offence to them! It just happens to go away.

It's not gay for a man to be aroused by female sexual characteristics. It is gay for a man to be aroused by male sexual characteristics.

This video appears to be about men being explicitly attracted to a combination of female secondary sex characteristics with a male primary sex characteristic.

The second of the above facts answer the question: yes, it is, at the very least, bisexual.

Trans women aren't a fetish or a porn category, they're people with lives and feelings and aspirations and inner struggles. Who cares if it's gay or straight? If you love someone, you love them and it's okay. Men who are preoccupied with worrying about whether they're gay or not take it out on trans women and it gets them killed. I love my trans girlfriend. I'm proud to share my life with such a beautiful soul.
