A whole history of electricity and senior high school trimester course on electricity in 36 minutes thank you for the time and simplicity of this important material.

I’m trying to get a degree in lighting technology and ironically have struggled with trying to understand how electricity and technology works my whole life. This is the first time it has really started to click, thank you so much.

This video is amazing, I've been looking for something like this for a long time. Understanding electricity in the contacts of its discovery makes it so much easier to understand. I love that you keep the terminology used in the time period while explaining the discoveries.

If you compare that to the method where you list current jargon and then define it without any context, the method without context falls short

Fantastic! My only regret is this I didn’t find this channel and Vocademy sooner. Thanks very much!

Thank you for this informative lecture. As an older person I have found that the intellectual history of ideas greatly deepens understanding.

I've watched a few of your videos and think they've all been brilliant. You really deserve more subs and likes but until then hang in there and stay true.

brilliant. At first thought this was going to be too fast to be absorbed due to the tempo but I do think you really struck a great balance between details needed for future reference and interesting anecdotes to keep focus. well done...I've been red pilled.

Hi Bob, i see you closed your old youtube account. Could you create playlists as you did before.

As a newbie to electronics i cant get over the fact that the resistor placement doesnt matter (negative side or posistive side) to limit current. If electricity flowed either way it should break the LED before it gets resisted if put on the wrong side but that doesnt happen. Does this mean electricty does flow in the magnetic field instead of the wires, like veritasium elluded too in one of his videos? Wouldnt this resistor LED paradox be proof of it? hmmm Maybe some excited electrons take the path first before the rest do and sort of inform them of the bockage up ahead.
