Gonna definitely try this. Just read how Indian soldiers helped in the liberation of Greece from the Ottomans, this dish is timely and a perfect cultural blend, with the pita triangles instead of the popadoms ;)

The addition of pepper isn't actually intended to make the dish spicier on its own; black pepper enhances the flavor of any spice we use in all recipes. As for the spicy part, it always has to do with who we prepare the recipe for, but my motto is whether I cook for myself or my father or friends to taste while cooking and adjust. I agree with Akis, there should be balance when we taste food.
