Great piece Michael & resonates very highly with me. As an Irish youngster my dream was to go to America & experience the land of hope & also to get a taste of the American life I soaked up through the movies & tv programmes. Got there for a visit in the 80’s & it lived up to all my dreams! I was spell bound. Fast forward to Obama era America & now....well I wouldn’t take a free ticket to go there again if I was offered one. America will just live on in my memory of the 60’s & 70’s of the Little House on the Prairie, Bonaza, Kojack, Hill street blues, Happy Days etc....sad to say not such Happy Days now in America or elsewhere😢

God bless you Michael. You are not alone, there are many of us that feel the way you do about our country, military, and church. It is indeed soul crushing and I too feel sick inside. I weep at the national anthem. Every now and again I also meet young people that remind me that all hope isn't lost. They are worth fighting for.

I'm 50 and although this was gut wrenching to watch, I'm so glad you did this video. I have 8 siblings and we all keep saying to each other, "I can't believe this is happening". We took so much for granted our entire lives, didn't we? Stay hopeful because God is allowing all of this for His greater good and glory. That's what I keep telling myself when I feel despair creeping in.

Michael, I am almost 5 years your senior. Yes, you are completely correct, the world has changed. However, when I get discouraged, I remind myself always, that Our Father is still in control, and His Will will done, no matter what. I ask all to reread The Book of Revelation by John, for we are in that time.

For the first time since I’ve been watching church militant… I wish I would not have watched this vortex. You just expressed EVERYTHING I was feeling! (Even the part about your mothers prognosis. I too received that same report when my own mother had cancer. You expressed the feeling accurately.) And now I feel sadder than ever for the future of my grandchildren!
It’s your fight & your spirit Michael Voris that always uplifted me. But I feel like the fight in you just left. Yes. I know we have to keep passing our faith & value to our children & grandchildren. And I will. I just feel deflated right now.

I’m 74- I’ll never stop tearing up when I hear the National Anthem. My heart will always be God, Family and Country🙏🇺🇸 I have “Catholic” pro-choice family members. I cannot wrap my head around it💔😢
