Thank you man, I really needed this video for reassurance. I adcidentally did some bioenergetics when I realised i could shake off my stress by blowing out hard and pushing the stress away and i wanted some more videos on this.

This is a great video and i also really liked your video on Masculinity yet haven’t put a comment on it yet.

Without a deeper feeling awareness some body builders overdo their gym workouts as a way of resisting feelings which does affect the authentic feeling body ; one major aspect of our overall aura and spirit along with our breath ( wind horse - holy spirit - etheric body ) - another significant part of our aura.

every person ( both genders - all genders ) thus all human beings can acquire a sense of trusting in their feelings and understanding their feelings and believing in their feelings that manifests a balanced way of being.

there is a positive anger that exudes a vitality that emanates love and integrates more spiritual love, compassion and wisdom into the physical body over time with a conscious practice of letting go and expressing our feelings in a safe way and in an appropriate environment.

For sure we all need to share more and support each other in our sharing.

Thanks again for a great video/sharing.

You're on point brother. Everything has its place and balance is key, but going through the motions or just putting on armor doesnt address the real deep emotional pains and traumas that we all carry to some degree. Ironically this comes at a good time since I love training kettlebells and have relied on yoga for releasing energy, but sometimes just being still and breathing through my abdomen in a meditative state can give me the feeling I seek through a tough workout that can cause more strain on the body. Not just healthy muscle and nervous system stress, but excessive force or compensation to 'look good' and 'get through it'. Like I'm finding a substitute for the pain, not getting in touch with the source and confronting it with stillness and acceptance. Which is why I love music. It is a physical experience for me, but confronts the pains in this world in peace and to its core.

Wery true, I wish this kind of content would have more views as it is something, that really can change people lifes. I work as a civil engineer, so I´m "a man of science" and in this wourld, you should think twice before using the word "energy" or "chakras".

But through people like Elliot Hulse, David Berceli, you and others I can see the science behind it and the real power of expression, which has been stolen from us by a modern society.

I was training really hard (running, workout, bike) but allways ended up overtrained, stressed out and ill. Yoga for me was great for relaxation (even though when I really needed release and to calm down, walking to overcrowded studio just made things even worse so i started to do yoga just home alone), but only after I started to do the Osho dynamic meditation, Kundalini meditation and Bercelis TRE exercises I thought, that something is peeling away and that the old is making room for the new.

Right now, I really try to work on myself. The stress I got from the job just forced me to. I just felt like the old recharge batery - unable to recharge because of the old junk.

Btw I would like to know your opinion - after these "workouts" where I express the anger, sadness, joy or mix of everything. I feel drained. Like I feel calmer, but just drained. I feel like after a wild party. Sometimes oversensitive, I cry when seeing something emotional and so on. Also lot of thoughts about "What I am, what is my purpose, is this sensitivity of mine gift or curse, how can i change my life..." and other questions just flood my mind and I keep thinking about them all day long, I was thinking about psychotherapy, just I have someone I could talk with about them (even though I just need to let these emotions surface, observe and simply let go...)

Do you have also these experiences? And what do you think about integrating them? Thank you and thanks for the knowledge you are sharing.

Where would you recommend learning more about bioenergetics?

Can bioenergetics be done alone at home without hiring a trained therapist?

Hey Devaraj :-) in hatha yoga one also keeps one position for a certain period of time on the edge of the comfort zone and breathes deeply (just like in the Bow & Arch position from Bioenergetics for example). in what way is bioenergetics then different to holding a yoga position? Thanks and greets from Austria

A third type might be added: The zen zombie. They all boil down to lipstick on a pig basically.

Without the Integration Process, acknowledged by some authors as the Completion, Diamond or Presence process, you are still almost doing nothing.
