Hello Mindy. I’ve been watching for years but don’t think I’ve ever commented. I suffer with anxiety disorder and panic attacks, made worse at the moment by having this awful wheezy cough since Christmas which has really got me down. Your videos bring me comfort and cheer me up. I appreciate all the hard work you do with putting one up 5 days a week at the moment. Compression stockings are helpful! I sit at a desk job and my feet swell when I travel too. Now I wear compression stockings every single day because my legs feel so much better. They even make cute colors now too.
