Agia Galini has grown from a small fishing village to a popular tourist destination in Crete.
Population 400 inhabitants
Agia Galini was built on the site of the ancient Minoan city of Soulias.It was a center of worship with a temple dedicated to the goddess Artemis. Artemis is the Greek goddess of hunting, wild lands, and animals, and the patron and protector of children and women.
We stayed at the FEVRO hotel.
300 meters to the harbor and
about 600 meters to the beach.
It is very very very nice place!
