And unfortunately, i DO NOT have a long video telling you/teaching you how to cook wontons....

I love eating these as an appetizers~
Thou i believe you shouldn't each these things everyday, they ain't good for ur health...

I usually make these things when my stomach is screaming for snacks....
These are chinese food, and i love eating chinese food, especially seafood~

I have eaten lobsters, crabs, squids, and other sorts of seafood almost every week....

There's this korean snack that i also enjoy eating...It's corn cheese wrapped in dumpling skins
I ate them a lot whenever i go to Sorae to eat BBQ meat~

There's places that i like to go n eat: S&P, Gyu-Kaku, Sorae, Shiburi, PepperLunch, McDonald's (thou they don't exist in Cambodia yet...), Loteria, and so much more restaurants~

I ate this specific dish once (this prawn wonton) at Crystal Jade Kitchen (this place is full of Chinese food~)

I personally enjoy asian food, thou there's not much that fits my appetite....for example the chinese Stinky Tofu....or Indian cuisine....
I prefer Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Thailand, and Western food more....
My favourite cuisine that i like most are Chinese and Japanese~

I mostly store the kitchen fridge with dumplings, buns, wontons, french fries, and much of those sorts~
And i know how to cook them by heart~

I don't usually deep fry my appetizers with oil in a pan on flames...
I cook my snacks in the AirFryer~
It's a HECK lot easier (i ain't advertising for u to buy one urself), but the cleaning is a pain in the a$$

When u fry something, you should heat the oil until u see bubbles forming on the sides and bottom of the pan, then add in the food u're supposed to cook

now, once the food is in the oil, you SHOULDN'T touch them!
Flip them over once the side starts to turn golden brown, and cook on the uncooked side until golden brown too~
When it's perfectly golden, remove immediately onto a oil absorbent tissue~

French fries aren't really my favourite....they taste like chalk that even the chili sauce or the ketchup (I never use ketchup, i like chilli sauce more) can't even hide....

My mom use to be a chef before at a hotel, and when she got older she open her own restaurant~
My dad also work at the hotel....and that's where they met (mom told me about her lovelife, it's quite funny)

Mom told me something funny about dad....
She said it was raining earlier, so there's puddles...
Mom reached the hotel first, and dad arrive later...
He wanted to flirt (that's a normal thing....), so he tried to do some tricks by leaping to avoid the puddles...but unluckily, dad slipped and feel backwards....
Mom laugh but she looked away....
and dad was with one of his friends
I didn't know anymore than that...mom didn't bother telling me more -_-
