The official YouTube channel of epona. epona discovered the thrill of being on stage at age 7. Supported by her mother and siblings - including 7 sisters - she learned her craft through theatre and film performances without any formal training. While still pursuing her acting career, epona is now exploring new avenues with music, specifically indie rock. Fluent in Dutch and French, she yet chooses to express herself in English and found in songwriting a way to authentically open up to her audience. As epona takes on various roles that perfectly showcase her storytelling skills, she addresses social issues that are close to her heart such as street harassment, rape culture and overall male violence, which all women have experienced at some point. With an upcoming EP in 2023 and an album set for 2024, epona is determined to make a name for herself and bring rock music back to the mainstream.
