[DayZ] How to fix the PBO issue for modded servers

Almost always fixes the PBO issue.

If anyone's still having problems where the DZSALauncher wont download the required mods when they press play, here's what I did, make sure you completely delete the mods out of your recycle bin, and then if that doesn't work reinstall DayZ. I did both and now it works, not sure if I even had to reinstall the game or not.

This didn't work for me, when I try to join its telling me that I have mods downloaded that I've completely cleared from my computer, including from the recycle bin. I have no idea what to do

You're the man! I've spent several hours working on this. Even went as far as to try swapping ram slots per a suggestion of a Microsoft engineer. The only thing I hadn't tried is completely starting fresh with the stand alone launcher.

When i went to join a server after removing all the files and etc, it just didn't even bring up a mod list just open dayz straight away??

when i click on the server that i want to play on, an error happens telling me "please set the Dayz executable location in settings" any ideas on how to fix this?

my pc doesnt show a !workshop file. ive unhidden all my files but ive had a rough past with steam and having to delete and reinstall it a couple times. the file never came back. any tips maybe?

why when i click on the server i load in and get connection error back to the menu and its trying to download mods for a different server. also when i open dayzsa and try to click the server i want to play on it doesnt load or download anymods, it just launches the game

Not sure how to message you, but I did everything twice and still having the same issue. This only happens when my laptop dies from discharge if that helps.

every time i try to load into a server i got the addons on for it says couldnt verify addon weapon_light.pbo, how do i fix this
