How to find the perfect hair routine

Me crying because my curly haired friend shampoos every day blow dries and doesn’t use conditioner 😭😭😭
(He has the frizziest dead ahh hair if ever seen 💀💀💀)

How do I even get to know my hair type .If I get my hair wet during the shower, it stays quite straight for couple of days .but the day I stop wetting it, gets quite rough, stiff and slightly wavy, matter of fact I don't even know if it's damaged at this point

man.. no idea if you'll ever see this but i got no idea what to do to have a decent routine in Slovakia.. we got non of the shampoos yall have and if something is at least mid, its too overpriced for us.. shipping doesn't help either we're broke man
