I just realized that yotricks category falls under education. That means I can watch these videos at in class and there's nothing that they can do about it!

+lol .zip I can only guess, but I suspect that Magic yoyos are popular because they are cheap. That being said, for as many contests as I have been to, it is quite rare to see a Magic yoyo. I think this is because they just aren't up to snuff compared to yoyos made by companies like YoYoFactory or YoYoJam. Magic yoyos can be fine for getting started, but if you want something that you can push you to the extreme you will want to get a different kind of yoyo.

+Niko Sokolowicz For the most part small dings will not affect play at all. I think they only become a problem if the yoyo is slammed so hard that the axle starts to fit poorly.

+Joel Oelze The thick lube is quite helpful when using the Sage for responsive play. You will definitely not want to put the thin lube in the bearing that comes in the Sage, the thin bearing. You should only use it on the wider CenterTrac bearing when playing with the yoyo unresponsive. We do recommend getting thick lube if you will be using the yoyo for a lot of responsive play.

+Lego fernseher The Dash is a good yoyo, but it is pretty small. I would recommend it if you are looking for a smaller type yoyo that will fit in your pocket.

+Nate G Unless you are specifically interested in getting a metal yoyo I would suggest getting the Sage over the DV888. This is because the Sage is larger which makes it better for learning most tricks. I would recommend getting the Pro Pack with thick lube if you go with the Sage.

+Vincent Chiu String makes a big difference, and it is something you notice more the better you get. For newer players it is not as big a deal. It is a good idea to try a few strings out with your yoyos to see what you like best.

+Tristan Gump Between the two I would recommend the Sage Pro Pack over the Dash, unless you are specifically looking for a smaller yoyo, in which case I would say go with the Dash.

+Jakob Backhouse We used to carry the hex, but now I think there are so many other yoyos on the market that perform better. Unless you are particularly drawn to how it looks, and it is a very nice looking yoyo, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
