我自己會甲溝炎 但感覺是遺傳的 就只有大姆指會內彎 曾嚴重到腫半年 最後去開刀切除 後來自己剪剪出心得 一開始剪到都是血 慢慢知道像這樣先往內剪 再像拔刺一樣拉出來
但角度問題 其實讓他人剪會比較好 但也要遇到好的指甲師會醫生 也遇過去整外 結果那個醫生隨便剪一剪根本沒有拔出來 先泡熱水會比較好剪跟不痛

Ah so this is how it's treated at pedicure if it isn't a reoccouring thing!
I had to visit the dr. twice because on both big toes it tends to do this, they only had to "operate" once and "scrape" on teh bone a bit to reduce the growth area though, it grew almost folded since it hugged the bone so much on my left toe. Might have to have the right one looked at it still curls over and in on itself a bit too much for my liking.

I had this so bad on my left toe that they did a whole operation on me, I had stitches on and everything, they had to cut through the skin n shit

Here in philippines when they do pedicure they clean all not only the ingrown but also the dry skin

Maybe shoes are too tight, squeezing both sides of that big toe?? Suggestion: get shoes with a wider toe area, or sandals.
