1 lb ground beef or protein of choice

Seasoning the meat:
2 tsps paprika

1 tsp dry oregano

2 tsps cumin

Black pepper and salt to taste
2 1/2 tsps garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
2 1/2 tsps chili powder
1/2 - 1 tsp cayenne powder (remember this is spicy)
2 tsps brown sugar

Simmering the beef:
3 garlic cloves minced

1 tbsps minced onion

1 cup tomato sauce (add more for a more saucy mixture if you desire)

1 cup beef broth

2 tsps brown sugar (added off camera just to balance the flavour because of the acidity of the tomato sauce)

APPROXIMATELY 4 cups shredded cheddar and 6 cups Monterey Jack Cheese with Jalapeños

Sourcream
Guacamole
Salsa
Shredded Romaine lettuce
Sweet Corn
Red Onion
Green onion
Cilantro or Parsley

Recipe info:
You may use mozzarella as a substitute for the Jack Cheese.

Avoid chips that are too salty because the meat itself with be well-seasoned.

I buy the restaurant style tortilla chips bake them at 350 for 5 minutes than I put my meat and cheese bake until melted add my sour cream and I love the Chi chis extra chunky salsa - so good

Like scallions or green onions, jalapeño, black beans at the end. Will skip the beef broth but use a little water/chili powder/cumin in the meat seasoning process.

This is a great option, considering The Cheesecake Factory is closed for indoor dining.

I have the blue corn and flax, Neal Brothers tortilla chips.

The melted cheese looks good, so I am SURE I'll enjoy it! 😋😋😋
