I absolutely love your transparency! We need more MUAs that will post their mistakes and how they fix it! Her make up came out absolutely gorgeous!
Also I'm a songwriter and musician. I get writer's block all the time. What I do to get inspired is UNPLUG from it. Sometimes you have to just go out in nature and unplug from creating and actually enjoy natural creation! Watch how the sky blends its colors. Or how water reflects the sky perfectly. Or how vibrant the leaves are on the trees. Nature is ALWAYS an inspiration! Don't be so pressured by us viewers (even though we live for your tutorials!). Take time to unplug! If you happen to read my comment know that you are a beautiful spirit inside of a human body. While the spirit may be timeless, the body needs rejuvenating!

I just wanted to say Thankyou so much for sharing your dissatisfaction with your audience when you could have easily just added the powder as a final finishing step and no one would have questioned it at all! Your transparency really helps me realize that all artists, even ones as talented and famous as you don’t always make the best color or product choice every once and a while and that’s okay! We are always learning and trying out new things to see what works best! I thought it was just me and sometimes I get really down on myself and my talent if the makeup doesn’t come out perfect every time. And often creators will omit these issues from their videos to portray “perfection” which makes our expectations of our work that much more skewed. As an artist who has been feeling that same rut you described, you have no idea how much you just including that bit made me feel validated in my insecurities.
